Returns & Warranty

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, you must contact us first to obtain a return authorisation number. If you return your item without authorisation, it will be rejected. Please note that return shipping addresses vary dependent on warehouse location - we will provide you with the correct return address at that time. We do not offer refunds if an item has already been installed & used, for change of mind, choosing the wrong item, not 'liking' the item for whatever reason unless its faulty. 

 


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days specified by the payment provider. Any cancellation of an order before it has been shipped will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on our contact page. 



Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 



Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on our contact page. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with photo proof. 



Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us first. If you return your item without authorisation, it may be rejected. Please note that return shipping addresses vary dependent on warehouse location - we will provide you with the correct return address at that time. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Warranty 
If any goods become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the goods, you must notify us via our contact page. Such goods will need to be returned to the manufacturer for review, testing and examination. The manufacturer nor us will arrange the collection for the product. Return postage will be at buyers expense. Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will investigate any claims made under the Warranty.

The above warranty is given by us subject to you having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
