Shipping Info

When inputting your address, please note that we can only post goods to a residential or business address. We cannot post to any PO Box address. 

Note: We highly recommend you input a BUSINESS address when ordering. As some delivery company's are now charging a fee for residential address deliveries for certain weight items. Note that we may contact you after ordering to let you know of this fee or you can provide us with a business address which will not incur any extra fee. 

To work out how much shipping is, just add the item to cart, input your details with your address and a shipping cost will show on the next page. Or if you'd like a personal quote done for your postcode, just contact one of our friendly team before purchasing if you're unsure. 

Please allow a 1-3 day period for your goods to be despatched. On the odd occasion your goods may be out of stock or need to be made. If this occurs we will notify you as soon as possible.

Note that you must have someone present to accept goods when they are delivered. Otherwise a re-delivery fee will be charged if goods are returned. Please note that we cannot give exact times or dates of delivery of a package as couriers do not provide this information. Let us know if you wish to have someone sign for your goods upon arrival, by leaving a note when you order. We do not recommend 'Authority to Leave' package in case of theft. We are not responsible for any late shipments caused by a courier company. Note that our suppliers/manufacturers may send an item on our behalf from their warehouse directly to the purchaser. For any overseas deliveries, note that you may have to pay some form of import taxes that are applicable to your country. 

Post Codes We Are Unable to Deliver To

Due to the limited access of the freight company's we use, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please see a list of these postcodes below. Even if your postcode is in the list below there is still a very good chance that your item can still be posted to you - It just means there may be an additional cost for shipping. Either way we will contact you if your postcode falls out of the range of where your item can be shipped to.
